These rules are in the best interest of all artists and crafters - we want a high standard of goods that pull in the public, not just for this show but for many more to come.


Vendors must stay within the space allocated extra tables at the front or side are not allowed.  This often encroaches on neighbours space or blocks access routes -  If you need more space, book two tables.


Only quality handcrafted items will be accepted.   No imports or mass-produced items.  If the organiser finds any items on a vendor's stand that are imported or mass produced, they will be asked to removed them immediately and that vendor will not be invited to future shows.


Liability insurance is required.    IOMST is very good and can be found on line at www.iomst.ie


Any electrical items (lights, extension cables etc) must be under 12 months old (validated with a receipt) or PAT tested.    Test and Tag Ireland can do this for you at Bun Caise, Cruachan Park, Galway, Ireland. Phone: 087 6921 083 | info@testandtag.ie

Please note any item with a heating element is not allowed i.e. no kettles or heaters. Tables with access to electricity are around the edge of the ballroom and will be issued on a first come first served basis.   No cables will be allowed to cross walk ways and access points.


An item from your stock is required for the Tombola.   This does not need to be an expensive item but a minimum value of €20 if your items are too expensive to donate a money off voucher is acceptable.


Please ensure that your stand is set up and all boxes/items cleared from the public areas at least 10 mins prior to opening.


Rudeness, or any kind of anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and any vendor contravening this will be asked to leave immediately. 


All the rules are at the organiser’s discretion and their word is final.



So, what does the organiser do and what do you get?


Exhibitors will be organised so that crafts are well spaced so that a variety of crafts are together.   A floor plan will be issued prior to the show via email and your name will be on your table on arrival.


Advertising with local papers and radio will be organised as well as online promotion.  


Posters/flyers will be distributed.    Flyers will be sent to each stall holder in advance to give out in their area or to regular customers.  


A tombola will be organised for the adult public the prizes will consist of the vendors donations and various items that will be supplied by the organiser.


A children’s prize area (Christmas Grotto) will be created with a small gift for all children that come to the show.  This area will be supervised by Elves (if I can catch any)


The Hotel will provide food and beverages to keeps the customers at the show all day.  The hotel has excellent parking facilities.
